With the increase in vaccinations and the decrease in cases, the number of Kovid-19 patients in hospitals is also decreasing. Currently, 1,220 people are being treated for Kovid-19 in hospitals across Belgium. 443 of these people are kept in intensive care.

Epidemic measures in the country are expected to be relaxed a little more in the coming days, as the number of patients in intensive care has fallen below the threshold set at 500.
